In the last few years, our engineering office, in association with two French research centers specialised in fluid mechanics, has upgraded the efficiency of our machines and we now offer a new generation of centrifugal blowers and exhausters.As a result, Continental Industrie now presents a new high efficiency generation of between 100 to 50.000 m3/hr of a dry, clean, non pulsating air with pressures attaining 1,2 bar and vacuums up to 5500 mm H2O (WG).

The extremely simple design of our machines guarantees maximum reliability, which is absolutely necessary in all fields of industry in which production depends on the distribution of clean and dry air at a constant pressure.
Cast aluminium parts, precision machining to fine tolerances and the absence of contacting mechanical and wearing parts enable our machines to operate smoothly, practically without vibration, and with a very low sound level meeting European and American standards.


Corrosive or toxic materials
Corrosive or toxic materials require special consideration. Each application must be individually reviewed to see if we can incorporate available modifications to our equipment in order to successfully handle the gas in question.
Sometimes the gases we are trying to contain with the specific sealing feature will attack some materials or materials of our standard of construction.
In many instances, we can offer alternates to overcome this.

Heresite Sakaphen coating is a baked phenolic resin that can be applied to either cast iron or aluminium. it is generally for use in acidic environments.
it is not suitable for use with strong alkalies. the coating is applied to 70-200 mic thickness in a multiple dip and bake process.

This process is used to vacuum impregnate the foundry parts, in order to obtain maximum tightness and reduce porosity.
This treatment is frequently used for applications in which the gas is explosive or bad smelling
